“ Sanduhr “ (5 hours)

An hourglass made of wood and in human scale is installed in the space. This 'time instrument' measures an interval of time by the flow of sand. to materialize the time, to confront to the viewer’s body in relation to the actual situation.
Sanduhr echoes the actual demolished context in the city center of Luxembourg, questioning the disappearance of the site.

Eine Sanduhr aus Holz, gebaut in menschlichem Maß, ist an einem Ort installiert.
Dieses Instrument misst ein Zeitintervall durch das Fliessen von Sand, es materialisiert Zeit, um den
Körper des Betrachters in eine Relation zum Ort zu bringen.
„Sanduhr“ reagiert auf die aktuelle Situation des Kontextes in dem sie steht: das Verschwinden
mehrerer Gebäude in der Innenstadt Luxembourgs.
